Return, Refund & Cancellation

PRODUCT DISCLAIMER

All images on the website are enhanced during the post-production process, so actual product colors may vary.

RETURNS

  • You must return items within 7 days of delivery. All returned items must be new and unused.
  • Reverse pick up depends on the availability of the service in your area.
  • Issues with quality or quantity must be reported within 24 hours of delivery.
  • Gift cards are not refundable to a bank account. (currently not available)
  • 120 INR logistic charges will be deducted from your refund.

RETURN PROCESS

To return an item, please raise a request at help@gclothing.in with a clear photo or video showing the product’s defects. Make a video before opening the packet, we will see the video and feel that there is a defective piece then we will change it.  Once the return is approved, your order will be picked up within 4-5 working days. Refunds will be processed after we receive the product and will appear in your original form of payment within 3-5 business days. To be eligible for a refund, your item must be returned with all tags attached, unworn, unused, and unwashed, in the exact condition that you received it.


CANCELLATIONS

Orders can’t be canceled once shipped. You can cancel your order before it is shipped by visiting the My Account page.
